JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle Tier 2 tickets• Attend weekly calls related to process• Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled• Serve as Focal Person for other Project initiatives• Provide an accurate, complete and customer friendly response when handling ticket service to employees• Create and submit BAU and Adhoc reports within the team and the organization

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 2 years experience in payroll• SAP background is desired• Open to those that are from non-BPO industries• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
