Description Do you want to grow your career as a Tax Preparer? A firm in the Manchester, New Hampshire is seeking a Tax Preparer with an immediate availability. Your responsibilities

• Return incoming client calls to aid with tax questions and set appointments

• Type appropriate data into Tax software application

• Manually fashion completed transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies

• Keep in touch with clients to ensure necessary information/documents is up to date

• Carry other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

• Resolve and invoice for form preparation fees Requirements - Less than one year of experience preferred

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

• Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

• Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

• Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

• AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred

• Tax Preparer experience

• Data entry experience desired

• Deep understanding of Accounting Entries
