Fedcap Supervisor in Manchester, New Hampshire

What You’ll Do

The Supervisor will report directly to the Program Director and will mentor, support, and supervise the staff for DCYF Involved Programming within Granite Pathways. The Supervisor will lead operations ensuring high quality services are provided, staff are supervised and standards within the contract are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have professional experience as a Parent Partner previously supporting families enrolled in DCYF Involved services.

Candidates will need to have leadership skills, extensive knowledge of Granite Pathways services, be connected to community resources and child protection practices in New Hampshire.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Allot the time necessary to work with and be supervised by the Granite Pathways Program Director.

  • Complete CRSW trainings and licensure requirements within one year of

Demonstrate an understanding of and an ability to successfully implement concepts presented in orientation and training.

  • Possess professional behavior elements including ability to supervise field staff, clearly communicate, engage staff in respectful interactions and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Understanding contract performance metrics within the scope of service, ensuring staff and operations are exceeding service delivery and metric expectations for all DCYF Involved programming.

  • Maintain and update personnel files.

  • Conduct monthly individual supervision with all staff.

  • Co-facilitate monthly group CRSW supervision with all staff.

Coordinate clinical supervision for all staff.

  • Supervise staff time management, professional development, payroll/benefits, and case consultations.

  • Quality tracking of field staff performance; ensuring the maintenance of accurate, complete, timely and high-quality documentation and data collection to meet best practice standards that comply with program policies and procedures, payor requirements and external regulatory standards.

  • Supervise daily operations including but not limited to attendance, workload coverage, caseloads, equipment maintenance, supplies and technical issues.

  • Supervise central referrals, central enrollment, referral assignments, and outcome follow up for all DCYF Involved programming.

  • Supervise Medicaid billing, ensuring quality review, timely submissions, and supporting research for billing claims.

  • Supervise and support staff facilitation of parenting education trainings.

  • Staff training and oversight of Single Stop and Fedcap Cares.

  • Attending all funder meetings as scheduled including local DCYF staff meetings.

  • Always display and maintain confidentiality.

  • Practice cultural competency.

  • Complete annual training as required.

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

• Close familiarity with local recovery community.

• Knowledge of family court process.

• Experience with evidenced-based parenting skills curriculum.

• Experience with Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health Services and Child Welfare system (lived or professional).

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience; an equivalent combination of related education and experience.

• CRSW Supervisor Certification

• CRSW Licensure

• Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation

• MS Office intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and all Office 365 products.

• Demonstrable knowledge of

o mission, vision and goals of Granite Pathways and The Fedcap Group and execution of relevant policies and procedures.

o strong organizational, administration, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

o technical skills including Microsoft office products, Adobe, Oracle, and case management systems.

o an understanding of statewide resources.

• Demonstrable ability to

o handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

o work independently with minimum supervision.

o use analytical and critical thinking skills in supporting professional callers and families.

o maintain professional appearance and boundaries.

Compensation:

$46,000-$50,000
