Location: Manchester, NH Direct-Hire: $75,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Bi-weekly, Multisite, and bonus payroll management

• Multi-site payroll reporting coordination

• Creation of payroll schedules and specialized calculations

• 401k Management

• Recurring journal entry execution

• Monthly bank statement reconciliation and financial report generation

• Quarterly tax reconciliation

• Compilation of financial statistics reports

• Facilitation of annual compensation processes

• Support for various annual reporting requirements

• Maintenance of mileage charts and expense reports

• Escrow request and wire review

• Backup support for Accounts Payable/Escrow duties

• Assistance with insurance renewal procedures

• Execution of various year-end tasks and calculations

• Aid in tax return schedule preparation

• Participation in audits and contribution to budget preparation

• Assistance with year-end closing processes

• Flexible support for other finance team members
