Your Role and Responsibilities

• Your role will be to work with customers designing solutions for their digital transformational journey in and around employee and user experience. Using a combination of your ServiceNow architectural skills and experience

• You will be working on exciting projects ranging from legacy ServiceNow platforms to migrations, expansions, and greenfield/brownfield projects.

Who you are:

Are you an Architect knowledgeable in ServiceNow implementation and migrations, competent in working with customers, conducting workshops, understanding the customer’s business and their requirements? Do you have a desire to direct, challenge and succeed by taking responsibility for large project designs, setting priorities, and nurturing relationships to become the customer’s trusted advisor?

• Working closely with the customer and Technical Teams you will use your ServiceNow skills, industry knowledge, stakeholder management, leadership, and an innovative approach to own design, configuration and build of complex solutions.

• You will have a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification as a minimum.

• You will have a breadth of proven ServiceNow specific architecture experience having a proven record of delivering enterprise scale ServiceNow implementations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• An experienced and recognised ServiceNow Solution Architect.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.

• Experience in the ServiceNow platform not limited ITSM and ITOM Demonstrated skills in understanding and using ServiceNow’s APIs (e.g. JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, AngularJS, and SQL).

• Experience in implementing CMDB using the CSDM model and using the CMDB health capabilities of the platform.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• A good understanding of the platform automation workflows using.

• Flow Designer and Virtual Agent conversations using the conversation designer.

• A good understanding of the automation and AI capabilities of the ServiceNow platform including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, LightStep, Automation Engine (RPA).

• Experience in implementing integrations with external applications using IntegrationHub, web service APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON), Service Graph connectors, SSO (SAML, LDAP), ChatOps (Team, Slack), AWS, Azure, Google and others.

• Experience in deploying AIOps solutions including Event Management, OI and Log Analytics.
