DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Technician
POSITION SUMMARY: The maintenance technician position conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance services. What You Will Do PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. * Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment. * Performs building maintenance as necessary including, but not limited to, painting, repair of door and walls, installation of office equipment, and other related facility functions. * Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs. * Performs mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production equipment. * Read and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to preform required maintenance and service. * Repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems * Order building material and parts for equipment * Perform preventative maintenance program for all facilities and equipment. * Comply with OSHA safety and health rules.
