Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial painting, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to excellence in their craft. As a Master Painter, you will lead painting projects from start to finish, ensure high standards of workmanship, and maintain positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution:Plan, prepare, and execute painting projects, including surface preparation, application of paint and coatings, and clean-up.
  • Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor painting crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and project specifications.
  • Client Interaction:Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Quality Assurance:Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations. Address and resolve any quality or performance issues.
  • Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
  • Material Management:Manage and order painting materials and supplies as needed, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:Minimum of 2 years of continuous painting experience, with a proven track record in both residential and commercial projects.
  • Customer Service:Strong experience in customer service, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Skills:Expertise in a variety of painting techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to lead a team effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and safety procedures.
