DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Branch Manager - Segment or Small Geography to join our team in GMGT for our Distribution Business in Manassas VA.

Job Summary:

Manages the day-to-day operations at a defined location; responsible for all functions and financial metrics in a group of branches in a specific business segment or small geography.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Branch Management: Oversee branch operations through effective leadership of Branch Managers, ensuring all functions and financial metrics are met.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the Annual Operating Plan with inputs from Business Development and Branch Managers, aligning with business goals.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key business metrics, including balanced scorecards, profit and loss, and asset metrics to guide operational decisions.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to inform strategic decisions and ensure business growth within your span of responsibilities.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, develop new partnerships, and maintain alliances to expand the business.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Manage and enhance customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score and customer feedback programs, promoting a culture of exceptional service.

  • Quality Assurance: Manage warranty processes, analyze warranty issues for patterns, and provide feedback for product and service improvements.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards.

  • Corporate Responsibility: Promote a culture of corporate responsibility for the well-being of employees and the communities where the organization operates.

  • Employee Development: Manage, develop, and motivate employees, ensuring alignment of work plans and Individual Development Plans with organizational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required.

Experience:

  • Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.

  • Branch Hour  Mon to Friday 7 to 5 Hour are subject to change
