AWESOME OPPORTUNITY!! IMMEDIATE HIRES. We are in search of MULTIPLE Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the insurance industry based in Monmouth County, New Jersey. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with assisting customers in their benefits enrollment process, confirming customer identity, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity with the potential to extended!

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in completing their benefits enrollment through phone calls and web-based enrollment portals.

• Verify and confirm the identity of each member at the beginning of each call.

• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts.

• Review and confirm customers' election choices at the end of each enrollment.

• Send confirmation statements of their enrollment to customers via email.

• Utilize a computer-based phone system for customer interactions.

• Use MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook for data entry and record maintenance.

• Collaborate with enrollment managers to ensure a smooth process for every step of the enrollment process.

• Utilize data entry skills, both alphanumeric and numeric, for maintaining customer records and processing credit applications.

Requirements • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in Data Entry Alphanumeric and Data Entry Numeric.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

• Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly health insurance, is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.

• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals.

• Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge as it pertains to the job and the industry.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

• Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service.

• Ability to adapt to and learn new software and systems.
