Veterinarian - Emergency
BluePearl Veterinary Partners in Malvern, PA is seeking an experienced clinician to join our state of the art emergency and specialty hospital. We are looking to expand our emergency service due to high caseload and rapid growth of the service. This a new position of an urgent care doctor that will serve as an emergency clinician to see stable patients as a support for the service and expedite the care of such patients and clients.
Our ideal candidate will possess the qualities that allow them to provide excellent clinical care while working closely with our technical staff to elevate their level of knowledge and skills. Our practice is comprised of small animal board-certified specialists in nearly every discipline of veterinary medicine and the diverse caseload from both our emergency service and internal departments provides a stimulating, fast-paced environment. Our emergency clinicians work closely with the specialists in the hospital to provide comprehensive care for our cases.
We have several VTS ECC technicians and encourage technicians to pursue VTS education. The focus on education extends to our referring community as well. We are involved in continuing education opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally as well.

On-site MRI and radiation oncology services, including a veterinary Cyberknife, is located adjacent to our building.

Skills and Qualifications:
· A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an AVMA accredited school, eligible to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Pennsylvania Job Responsibilities:
· Flexible schedule · Ability to effectively and actively educate our staff in emergency medicine and critical care
· Active marketing of the hospital including referring veterinarian outreach, CE lectures
· Proficiency or interest in emergency endoscopy under the direction of board-certified internists and criticalists would be looked upon favorably · Ability to effectively manage a diverse, complex, and fast-paced caseload
