Vanguard Supplier Maintenance Analyst in Malvern, Pennsylvania
Duties and Responsibilities
Collects required tax, banking, and other relevant information from domestic and international suppliers, determines reasonableness of information and works closely with suppliers and/or internal business partners to ensure accuracy.
Performs checks to ensure compliance with all domestic and international regulatory agencies, including but not limited to, OFAC, IRS TIN matching, 1099 and VAT regulatory reporting, and internal policies and procedures.
Maintains overall accuracy and integrity of supplier data by entering information into Oracle and/or databases with a strong attention to detail and ensures defined controls are properly administered.
Responds to all inquiries within defined service levels, troubleshoots problem resolution, and makes appropriate recommendations for process improvements. Maintains quality and productivity levels as defined by management.
Identifies, recommends and implements process changes that lead to more accurate, consistent and efficient processes using NWOW concepts and tools.
