Discern business needs and adapt solutions to match the company goalsApply creative solutions to drive and code solutionsWork with leadership and others to find the right solutionsCooperate with key partners to deliver tested and reusable code in a quickly changing environment, on time Requirements - A real enthusiasm for developing end-to-end solutions that power a positive user experience

• Experience with both front-end and back-end technologies in a B2B or B2C web production environment- Recent experience with server-side languages

• Understanding of HTML and CSS

• A strong understanding of compatibility and cross-browser issues

• Eagerness to take and turn mockups into various web languages

• Mastery of graphic illustration and user interface design, usability principles and mobile strategies

• AngularJS experience

• .NET experience
