Summary of Role:
for warehouse inventory optimization (wafers, aging parts and tools disposition)
Work with Logistics & Modules to ensure execution of parts harvest inventorization
Tools Line sale support (determine capacity/ tech node)
reporting to myself (AO department head: Louis Wong)
Essential Responsibilities:
Required for warehouse inventory optimization (wafers, aging parts and tools disposition)
Work with Logistics & Modules to ensure execution of parts harvest inventorization
Tools Line sale support (determine capacity/ tech node)
Leads complex, strategic and business critical projects or initiatives
Coaches and mentors less experienced staff; influences others as a technical leader
Participates in and leads cross-functional teams across sites
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Qualifications:
Education – Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
Experience - Minimum of 8 years of industrial engineering or process/equipment engineering experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and self-starter
Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment
Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies
Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
Excellent analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
Experience in cost reduction activities
Travel - Up to 10%
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
M.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
Direct experience in advanced semiconductor device manufacturers or foundries
Direct experience working with tool suppliers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Expected Salary Range
$104,000.00 - $198,000.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
