Summary of Role:Plans, monitors and manages internal technical programs from initiation through completion. Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:• Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products/program• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions• Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases• Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders• May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product/program gaps, defining product requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends• Performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs • Works and collaborates other projects and/or assignments as neededSee description for career level for general proficiency levels pertaining to Job Complexity, Accountability, Relationship Focus, and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Essential Responsibilities: (as appropriate for the above positions)

● At least 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in PDK development or testing

● Ability to work across organizations to enable improved processes and team work including Process Integration and Technology Development, Business Line, and customers.

● At least 3 years of experience in project management

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work with GLOBALFOUNDRIES development teams in Malta, Dresden, Singapore, Santa Clara, Burlington and East Fishkill

Required Qualifications:

● Education – minimum Engineering Bachelor’s Degree

● Experience – minimum 3 years in semiconductor industry in PDK development or testing

● Experience – minimum 3 years in project management

● Experience – Data base skill set, Spread sheets, Microsoft project manager

● Experience- Resource management and allocation; Program sizing and tracking

● Travel – (% of travel required) less than 10%

● Language Fluency – Fluent in English language – written & verbal

● Physical Capacity Demands – N/A

Preferred Qualifications:

● Education – minimum Engineering Master’s Degree

● Experience – minimum 5 years in technical project management within the semiconductor industry

● Knowledgeable about semiconductor process and familiarity with semiconductor market segments

● PMP preferred

Expected Salary Range

$91,600.00 - $170,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
