We will consider applicants from any Europe location, provided that you are within a reasonable distance of an ASSA ABLOY location and an international airport. You will be required to travel approximately 20% of your time in this role.
What you would do as Product Manager Residential Access EMEIA
Within this role, you will conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the IoT industry. Acting as the primary interface with market stakeholders, you will convert market needs and feedback into actionable product requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and prioritized.
You would also:
Work in conjunction with engineering teams to guide and support the product development process, ensuring successful execution of the product lifecycle
Alongside the Product Marketing Manager, develop and execute product launch strategies to guarantee a successful market entry
Continuously collect and evaluate customer and market feedback to refine product features and enhance the overall product experience
Monitor and analyze competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the IoT market
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of our products and make data-driven decisions
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has a Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in Product Management, Engineering or similar
Has proven experience in working with electronic products, ideally managing electronic products from initial concept to end of life
Has previous experience working with customer data and using it to drive product decisions, as well as proven record in troubleshooting
Is able to speak & write fluent English
Prior experience with Jira or other tools used to manage agile software development within international Teams would be extremely beneficial.
