Job Title : GET—Strategic Sourcing (Supply Chain Management)

Role Overview:

The position is in Strategic Sourcing (Supply Chain Management). You will report to Manager Strategic sourcing (PAN India Indirect sourcing), who will provide you with access to mentorship, training growth and development opportunities across our highly resilient world changing business.). The responsibility will be handling following assigned commodities - MRO, IT, Facility Mgmt, Packaging, Fleet, Telecom, Travel, Energy/Utilities, Office supplies. This role will involve opportunities to meet new suppliers, learn new opportunities for cost saving.

On a typical day you will:

• Support in analysis of Otis India indirect spend to identify spend reduction area.

• Identifying Pan India service provider for Assigned commodities i.e. MRO, IT, Facility Mgmt, Packaging, Fleet, Telecom, Travel, Energy/Utilities, Office supplies etc.

• Actively participate in cost reduction projects & support all activities related to vendor onboarding as per CPM17 process.

• Work with team on supplier selection, evaluation and audits for alignment to business requirement.

• Support internal customers in supplier identification, RFQ process, Negotiations & project closure related activities.

• Support in supplier benchmarking & market intelligence as per the requirement.

• Direct Handling procurement activities of assigned commodities.

• Ensure in time supplier Agreement renewal with service providers and their evaluation.

• Ensure all activities required for project completion as per process.

• Actively participate in all process improvement related activities.

• Handle queries received from Business Requestors, Suppliers, team members & other stake holders.

What You Will Need to be Successful :

Possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/ IT from a reputed university

1. Proficient working knowledge of MS Office.

2. Able to manage priorities, deadlines and tasks in order to meet deadlines and accomplish goals; Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.

3. Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with the team and Client stakeholders.

4. Additionally, they should have good analytical skills, the ability to multitask, and a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

5. Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyses information skillfully.

6. Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.

7. Positive Attitude, Planning, Curiosity, Self-discipline.

8. The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
