Service Specialist – Corporate Accounts

What the day will look like

  • Request and follow-up of invoices per Business Unit from the insurance company

  • Send invoices via email to client per Business Unit

  • Check details of the COI (Certificate of Insurance), policy and invoices issued by the insurers

  • Coordinate with the technical team for any discrepancy found in the policy and invoices

  • Develop and maintain a filing system and saving documents to the common folder

  • Follow up payments from clients including the corresponding CWT

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentation as assigned

  • Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy. If with discrepancy, to advise BU (client)

  • Update payment details in the monitoring file

  • Coordinate payments to the insurance company

  • Booking of invoice/policy in CWP

  • Send CWP confirmation to account executive

  • Assist in the follow up and monitoring of AML requirement from client

  • Assist in the uploading of final documents in DMI (Document Monitoring Interface)

  • Assist in the request for client code creation via Client Capture

  • Assist in the follow up and monitoring of insurer signatures for collective policy

  • Answer queries from clients and account management team

  • Manage phone calls and correspondences (e-mail, letters, etc)

  • Other function as maybe required

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course)

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools

  • Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

  • Has background in administrative activities such as encoding, monitoring and following up of payments

  • Strong organizational skills with problem solving attitude

  • Has good attention to details

  • With good time management skills specially on delivering reports and answering client's concerns within the agreed timeline
