Manulife Digital Learning Admin Officer for Banca & Agency in Makati City, Philippines

The opportunity

The Digital Learning Admin Officer for Banca and Agency is responsible for LMS Reports Management, including the monitoring of the utilization and adoption of the learning platforms, preparation of reports, presentation of key insights, and tracking of learners’ progress for both Banca and Agency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor utilization and adoption of Axonify for Agency and Banca

  • Monitor utilization and adoption of Horizon for Banca

  • Prepare reports, communicate and present key insights, initiatives, and results to stakeholders to show overall progress on digital leads management and sales fulfillment platforms

  • LMS Management: Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, tracking learner progress, and generating reports for both Agency and Banca.

What we are looking for

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business studies / Administration / Management Experience

  • With one year or more sales and admin support experience, preferably in a life insurance industry

  • With Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Creative and attentive to details, with excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
