About the role

As a Client Success Consultant, you will be responsible for working directly with our Client Success department and their clients to help break down complex situations, solve problems, and educate them to maximize their platform's value.

Who you are

As a Client Success Consultant, you will look forward to:

  • Become a leading expert on SAP Concurs suite of products and software solutions

  • Breakdown client complexity and make it simple to understand for clients and internal stakeholders

  • Frequently attend client meetings as a platform expert with the intention and ability to educate the client on their current SAP Concur solution

  • Recommend best practices to help the client scope out their current and future software needs

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for expansion as well as increasing client retention and experience

  • Build and deploy training sessions for the Client Success Managers aimed at increasing their knowledge of SAP Concurs software solutions

Preferred Skillset:

  • Presentation experience & training: in person, video and phone based

  • Proven ability to plan, develop, control and analyze projects for effective issue resolution and conflict management

  • Able to identify and qualify new opportunities within existing client base and accounts

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, define key objectives, and develop strategies and action plans
