Claims Manager

What the day will look like

  • Responsible on claim management of assigned accounts

  • Monitors TAT and pending claims status

  • Handles benefit orientation for clients

  • Attends client and insurer meetings (if needed)

  • Handles client queries on a timely and efficient manner

  • Handles claim contention

  • Analyses and review basic coverage issues

  • Updates Claims Monitoring File

  • Interacts with clients on technical matters

  • Monitors Team’s submission of claims report to Clients

  • Review of filing system

  • Monitor strict implementation and adherence of Insurer SLA

  • Conduct and document performance scorecard (mid year and year end review)

  • Create Development Plan for high potentials

  • Create process improvement efficiency

  • Mentor to less experienced colleagues

  • Builds client relationship in tandem with Account Executives

  • Coaching and mentoring Team activities

  • Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course)

  • Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
