As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the champion of our sales strategy, expanding our reach and strengthening our client relationships. You'll also play a pivotal role in training our sales professionals and unlocking new business opportunities to boost our revenue and set us apart in the industry.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Explore and identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

  • Negotiate and close business deals.

  • Manage and lead business development team.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

  • Develop business plans and presentations.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Provide input to product development based on client needs.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing business development strategies.

  • Conduct in-depth industry research to create effective Facilities Management sales solutions.

  • Identifying sales leads, increase client base, pitching products or services to new and prospected clients

  • Develop growth strategies and plans, manage and retain relationships with existing clients

  • Developing a strong knowledge of Facilities Management business and sales growth techniques

  • Write business proposals, negotiate with stakeholders, and coordinate business development activities.

  • Provide continuous and constructive feedback to sales team members.

  • Review and approve sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.

  • Engage with clients to address important inquiries about the company’s products or services.

You'll be a great fit for the role if you have the following background:

  • 6+ years of experience in business development and proposal development

  • Demonstrated experience and success in all aspects of capture and proposal processes

  • Flexibility to assume a workload which frequently necessitates an adjustment of priorities

  • Enthusiasm to learn about Facilities Management, the company and its growth potential

Skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Sales and Negotiations: The ideal candidate should possess an exceptional ability to close deals and secure new business, demonstrating robust sales and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic Planning: The role requires the ability to devise, articulate, and execute long-term strategic plans that will propel business growth.

  • Analytical Proficiency: Prospective candidates should be able to utilize their analytical skills to discern market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to uncover growth opportunities.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering and sustaining relationships with clients.

  • Leadership Abilities: The job entails leading a team of sales and business development professionals; thus, robust leadership skills are necessary to ensure efficiency and coordination.

  • Time Management and Organization: The role involves handling multiple projects with varying deadlines. Therefore, candidates with strong time management skills who can effectively prioritize their workload are preferred.

More about the role:

Work Arrangement: Hybrid with flexibility on working hours

Work Schedule: Regular Office Hours, Mon- Fri, 9AM-6PM

Office Location: HV Dela Costa St., Bel-Air, Makati

Work related travel: Yes, expenses will be reimbursed
