We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Base Oils Order and Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end processes of base oil order management, contract and pricing administration, compliance management, and logistics arrangement for shipping documentation. This pivotal role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, coupled with excellent analytical, collaboration and communication skills.

Global Service Center Overview:

The Chevron Global Customer Service Center is a team of 400 Customer Service Center & Technology professionals, spread out in 17 countries across the globe which provides a cost-effective, effortless, and digitally enabled experience for our internal partners and external customers as they engage with Chevron across the globe.

Our Manila location is composed of 250 employees composed of supervisors, team leaders, subject matter experts and customer service representatives. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Order Management : Coordinate the creation, updating, and maintenance of base oil orders in alignment with customer needs. Contracts and Pricing Management : Ensure the proper administration of contracts and pricing agreements for base oil transactions. Logistics Coordination : Manage transportation, storage, and distribution of base oils, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery. Shipping Documentation : Oversee the accuracy and compliance of shipping documentation, including export applications. Stakeholder Collaboration : Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, IT, Pricing, Logistics, Terminal, Planning, Laboratory, and Sales) and external partners (banks, freight forwarders, shipping teams) to streamline processes and achieve business goals. Compliance Management : Maintain adherence to industry regulations and legal safety requirements. Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity. Training and Support : Provide training and guidance to stakeholders and customers regarding base oil procedures and best practices.

Important Skills and Qualifications :

  • Knowledgeable in Logistics Management, ensuring the smooth transportation, storage, and distribution of base oils

  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management to oversee end-to-end delivery and inventory optimization.

  • Proven Analytical Skills for forecasting demand, managing inventory, and improving operational workflows.

  • Excellent Communication Skills to effectively work with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

  • Problem-Solving abilities for addressing logistics, supply chain, and operational challenges.

  • Project Management skills with the ability to execute logistics and supply chain initiatives.

  • Dedication to Quality Assurance, ensuring all products meet established standards and specifications.

  • Knowledge in Regulatory Compliance, including safety and environmental guidelines.

  • Strong focus on Customer Service, addressing client concerns and delivering high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management

  • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters. 

International Considerations:

Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
