Description Do you want to make a difference in the life of a student? The Transportation Departmentis
seeking caring, consistent, adults to join our paraeducator team. These paraeducators work to
provide extra support to students so they can safely get to school via bus or van. The position
typically provides for a few hours of work in the early morning and again late afternoon.
During the interview process, we will provide more detailed information regarding the day to day
duties of the specific para position.

Successful Candidates
Pass a background check
Have a current TB test
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Must enjoy a fast pace environment
Can spend 80% of their day standing and 20% walking Time is spent lifting, carrying,
pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and using finger dexterity
Maintain regular and acceptable attendance/punctuality
