Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource processes. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This position interacts with supervisors, employees, and applicants by supporting human resource processes. This position will be heavily involved in the recruiting process from end-to-end including the use of an applicant tracking system and new hire on-boarding processes. The HR Coordinator position may play a key role in keeping all things recruiting running smoothly while assisting in other HR areas as needed, helping USAP achieve its objectives by providing operational and administrative support.
Job Highlights
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(include but not limited to)
Processes HR data transactions including new hire data entry, payroll changes, transfers, terminations, job title and status changes
Maintains employee personnel files and I-9’s, updates paper/electronic files and creates new hire files to ensure company and legal compliance
Coordinates and assists with New Hire Orientation for both MSO and Clinical employees
Assists with onboarding and offboarding activities
Provides and analyzes data by providing Director of HR weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports via HRIS system to include turnover, monthly trends and analyzing exit surveys
Orders supplies for HR Department
Coordinates and schedules meetings, interviews, events and other company engagement activities
Handles HR communications related to committee involvement by platform and assists with MSO employee engagement
Prepares and files Committee meeting agendas and meeting minutes
Performs other related duties assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate/GED
Demonstrated intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in human resources
Experience using HR software and HRIS database
Working conditions and physical requirement
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching

Requires dexterity to type at least 35 wpm
