ADP Data Analytics Manager in Maitland, Florida

ADP is hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst in Compliance Solutions Field Enablement team. In this position you will be responsible for analyzing ADPs vast array of data from client experience, call center, finance, and much more. You will be expected to utilize your knowledge of Databricks to create in-depth analysis of data, utilizing machine learning for greater insight, and providing informative reports via Tableau that help inform our business partners. You will meet with business partners to review and explain the reports and take feedback. Your responsibility will be to transform the vast arrays of ADP data and help leaders make informed decisions based on that information. Validation and accuracy are key to success in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize machine learning to analyze various data for additional analysis and insight (Databricks).

  • Define AI/ML best practices and implementation lifecycle.

  • Provide day to day data insights using standard data tools like SQL, Tableau, Databricks, and Python.

  • Act as an expert and a resource for technologies that exist in your assigned space/domain to support user questions and inquires.

  • Draw strategic and tactical conclusions from analysis to make recommendations and influence future operations.

  • Identify trends, make logical correlations, and insights across varying data sets including, but not limited to qualitative surveys/VOC data, financial data, and customer data from various sources.

  • Develop strategic recommendations leveraging varying data sources across ADP to drive annual strategic planning process, business development, and product roadmap.

  • Use statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate operational insights against actual data.

  • Create effective reporting and dashboards by applying expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau.

  • Ensures the data analytics solution meets relevant security, privacy, and compliance standards.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, and other visualization tools.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of reporting initiatives.

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various data sources.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 4+ years’ in designing and implementing machine learning models at scale.

  • 6+ years’ overall experience in Data analytics space with progressive growth and successful deployments.

  • Experience with Databricks, Bitbucket, Visual Studio, and Python (Spark).

  • Hands-on experience with standard data analytics tools and databases including SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.

  • Expert critical thinking skills required to interpret complex information and present the best way to move forward.

  • Technical and Business acumen to participate in the analysis, design, testing and implementation of solutions.

  • Communication skills with ability to clearly explain complex issues and drive consensus.

  • Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team, as well as independently.

  • Working knowledge of SQL to support queries associated to data requests.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Statistics and Analysis: Hypothesis (A/B, Multivariate) Testing, T-tests, Chi-Squared Test, Linear Regression preferred but not required.

  • Programming and Visualization: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python for analytics and Tableau or other data visualization tool.

  • Machine Learning: Understanding of Regression, Classification, Clustering, Topic Modeling preferred but not required.

  • Proficiency in BI platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management, ideally within Databricks.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
