TEKsystems Client Management Solutions Architect in Maitland, Florida

HYBRID TO ORLANDO, FL 3X PER WEEK ON SITE - MUST BE LOCAL TO ORLANDO, FL AREA

Description:

The Solution Architect is the primary solution and technical resource for our client's sales and implementations. Their main focus should be onboarding but they will also be involved from early in the sales cycle through client onboarding and at times beyond. The Solution Architect’s main job is to find the best possible answer to a customer’s surety needs, whether it means proposing a new way for our customer to work leveraging our existing platform or proposing a product solution that can be successfully implemented across a diverse customer base and technical landscape. The Solution Architect will develop a deep understanding of the TSC platform and its functionalities.

The Solution Architect position is a customer-facing role requiring professional communication skills and will liaise with a variety of roles within customer organizations, including business users, technical system engineers and senior management. The Solution Architect must be adept at collaborating with technical and business teams both internal and external, working with the Project Manager to ensure client onboardings are successfully executed on time and on budget.

The Solution Architect will play a critical role in the success of our client's Professional Services onboardings and reports directly to the Surety SVP of Client Services

Key Responsibilities

● As part of the sales cycle, as well as during the customer onboarding, document and demonstrate the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the client's platform.

● Work with the sales team to understand the customer’s business goals, technical constraints and integration requirements, contributing to the accurate assessment of the scope of the onboarding and setting client expectations.

● Consult with the client to identify customer business problems and determine how they can be solved leveraging current system functionality or plan for a future integration or enhancement if required.

● Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless communication between various systems, applications, and data sources.

● Work with internal teams to develop and maintain customer ecosystems and integration documentation and technical specifications.

● Ensure that the deliverable accurately meets the defined expectations of the customer, ensuring that proper testing is completed, and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the customer.

● Provide collateral in the form of documentation and training materials where required.

● Work closely with the Product and Development teams to plan for product enhancements required to support a customer onboarding, preferably post go-live.

● Act as the voice of the customer with the product team to ensure the product roadmap evolves to include features being requested by customers that are not addressed currently by our client's platforms.

Skills:

● Requirements:

o 5+ years’ experience in a key development and/or implementation role for an enterprise B2B SaaS solution with a deep understanding of how to effectively

work with technology teams to achieve goals and outcomes.

o 2+ years in a similar role, helping large enterprise customers design and implement sophisticated vendor SaaS solutions

o Demonstrated ability to work in complex industries such as financial services or healthcare tech.

o Proficiency in data management and analytics.

o Close familiarity with the latest cloud computing platforms like Azure and AWS.

o Understanding of cloud and security infrastructure.

o Written and verbal skills to articulate opportunities to both technical and non-technical audiences.

o Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

o Proven ability to collaborate with business leadership

● Nice to have:

o Experience in insurance and/or surety insurance
