Hilton Sales Manager in Mahe, Seychelles
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail? Hilton Seychelles is seeking a MICE Sales Manager to oversee the sales strategy for six stunning resorts in the Seychelles. This role involves driving proactive sales efforts up to the signed contract stage, after which the booking will be seamlessly handed over to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive proactive sales initiatives for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)
- Utilise Delphi proficiency to manage and coordinate group bookings
- Represent Hilton Seychelles at international tradeshows, promoting our exceptional resorts
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of bookings
- Ensure the operations team updates packages in Delphi, acting as the custodian of Delphi for all resorts
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and earn lucrative incentives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Groups & Events Coordinator
- Proficiency in Delphi is essential
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing group bookings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally for key tradeshows
- Driving license
