What You Will Do:

As a Principal Scientist in Analytical R&D - Lifecycle Management, you will work as the Analytical representative on cross-functional teams supporting the life cycle management of Over the Counter (OTC) self-care products. You will be responsible for technology transfer project deliverables such as method development, method validation, method transfer, and stability, ensuring that all analytical activities for currently marketed products comply with current and upcoming regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Team Support: Serve as the Analytical representative on cross-functional teams for lifecycle management of OTC self-care products.

• Technology Transfer: Oversee and be accountable for technology transfer project deliverables, including method development, method validation, method transfer, and stability.

• Regulatory Compliance: Conduct periodic reviews and necessary analytical activities to ensure product specifications and methodologies meet current regulatory requirements.

• Testing Strategy Optimization: Collaborate with Quality Control laboratories to develop and implement optimized testing strategies to reduce product release testing cycle times.

• Technical Expertise: Utilize a broad base of knowledge in testing methodologies and specifications to work with Regulatory, Legal, and Toxicology teams to ensure compliance with compendia and ICH requirements.

• Leadership: Act as a strong technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to other scientists within the team.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of MSc, B Pharm, M. Pharm, Ph.D., or equivalent in a science stream with at least 10-12 years of relevant work experience.

• Applied experience with analytical techniques such as UPLC, HPLC, UV, GC, FTIR, and others.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in lifecycle management of OTC products.

• Strong technical leadership skills and experience in mentoring scientists.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance strategies.
