Description and Requirements

Core Skills
In-depth knowledge of at least one of the core technologies – Database, data lake, Middleware, and ERP.
Some of the key technologies include but are not limited to Oracle, MS SQL, NexGen databases such as MySQL, Cassandra, NO SQL, MariaDB, Tibco, Open-Source technologies, WebSphere, etc.
Ability to lead and manage the team for monitoring and Schedule Jobs, reporting errors, User Access management, and escalations.
Ability to define, refine, and manage SOPs for day-to-day operations.
Ability to work with business owners for service continuity including break-fix, and disaster recovery activities.
Led and manage team to support activities for new site rollout, upgrades, and updates on a need basis.
Shift Operations Management
Ability to track, manage and comply with KPIs, Obligations, and SLAs
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Create, review, and validate the training contents, and deliver new resources, and new technologies.
Collaborate and be part of periodic various IT Audits as directed by the client.
Knowledge of data analytics, data compliance, and integration technologies would be an added advantage.

Ability to lead and drive for results and client C-SAT is met.
Ability to lead large and cross-collaboration, matrix teams.
Independently work and engage customers directly.
Mentoring and coaching skills
Operational Budgeting and cost management

Experience & Skills
Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: 10-12 years of working experience; 5-7 Years of customer services
Excellent command over verbal & written English Language
Experience with ticketing tools
Skilled in Excel
Persistent, detail-oriented, able to multitask
