Join one of the nation's leading commercial building property management groups as a Building Maintenance Technician in Peteluma, CA. In this role you'll be responsible for performing maintenance duties for multiple Class A buildings. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in building maintenance and commercial HVAC systems. This role offers a company car, gas allowance and overtime pay.

responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems design, operations and troubleshooting

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within property management maintenance

• Familiar with lighting and building control and designs

• Experienced with commercial HVAC systems

• Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
