We seek an Experience Designer to join the Oracle NetSuite product team, who are excited to collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams worldwide. You should have some experience with UX design, and a bonus if you’ve studied design thinking.

You will work closely with mentors with years of experience in Design and Research and a cross-functional team to help deliver against a roadmap. You will be part of the International Product team that focuses on the last-mile localization of NetSuite for customers in the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with experienced other designers, Researchers, Product Management, and cross-functional stakeholders to help design experiences.

  • Be provided opportunities to help execute and deliver design at various stages of the development lifecycle, including creating wireframes and prototypes and the final delivery of designs shared with the development team.

  • Produce design deliverables that communicate design solutions and facilitate discussion.

  • Look at usage metrics and customer feedback to highlight patterns and areas of focus that may need attention.

Required Skills/Experience

For consideration, we are looking for an individual who has the following:

  • Graduated in the last 12 months.

  • Authorized to work in Brno, CZ .

Preferred qualifications include having project experience, work experience, or academic coursework and knowledge of design tools/software language experience in two or more of the following areas:

  • Information architecture, wireframing, storyboarding, visualisation, prototyping, and sketching

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, After Effects, etc.); Figma; Sketch; InVision; Principle; Axure; Balsamiq; or equivalent. Basic SQL database management/searches.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Flexibility to work virtually with geographically distributed teams.

  • Tenacity to tackle projects in a dynamic setting while staying organized.

  • Passion, curiosity, and a desire to ultimately find the best solution through data-driven research.

  • Open to feedback and have an eye for continuous iteration and improvement.

  • Analytical and strategic mindset.

  • Solid written & verbal communication skills (English essential; additional European or Middle Eastern language skills are a bonus).

  • Ability to learn on the job.
