Programa Mentoring Universitario - STEM Aspire

STEM Aspire es un programa de mentoring que conecta a estudiantes universitarias con mentores de Dell Technologies. Nuestro objetivo es alentar y empoderar a estudiantes de carreras STEM para que conozcan y se inicien en el sector tecnológico.

En qué consiste el Programa:

• Es un programa compatible con tus estudios universitarios en los que tendrás la oportunidad de recibir asesoramiento de un/a mentor/a mediante reuniones mensuales (presenciales o virtuales según disponibilidad del estudiante). Estas sesiones te permitirán mejorar tu conocimiento de la industria de TI y recibir asesoramiento sobre tu carrera profesional.

• Conocerás las oportunidades profesionales de las carreras técnicas en Dell Technologies. Preparación para solicitudes de prácticas y programas para graduados (por ejemplo, preparación de CV y entrevistas).

• Tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar tu networking a través de sesiones de formación, eventos empresariales y con otras mentees que estén realizando el programa.

• Recibirás formación a través de sesiones virtuales sobre distintas áreas tecnológicas y softskills.

Requisitos: Si eres estudiante universitaria mujer en una carrera STEM, calificas para el programa!

¿Cómo me inscribo?

Aplica a esta oferta subiendo tu CV y una carta de motivación cubriendo las siguientes áreas:

• Tu nombre, Universidad y carrera universitaria.

• Por qué estás interesada en un programa de mentoring y formación con Dell Technologies.

¿Qué se espera de mí?

• Participación activa en el programa para sacar el máximo provecho del mismo.

• Asistir a las formaciones virtuales y eventos organizados por el programa (siempre que se puedan compaginar con tus estudios universitarios)

• Si eres seleccionada, se espera que te reúnas con tu mentora (en persona o virtualmente) de manera frecuente (es decir, al menos una vez al mes durante la duración del programa).

• Esta no es una oportunidad laboral y esta solicitud no dará lugar a un proceso de selección con Dell Technologies.
