We are the leader in elevators, escalators and moving walkways. Now, we’re seeking an ORDER TO CASH (O2C) LEAD for the Iberia & Africa Region based in Madrid (Spain).

As O2C Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and organization collections and billing activities in every Operating Area.

  • Establish collections and billing escalation process.

  • Improve process and facilitate closure of issues.

  • Define credit limits or credit policy.

  • Ensure compliance with approval matrix.

  • Close collaboration with branches to ensure correct application of stop servicing / handover actions.

  • Animates risk committee.

  • Operating Area process owner.

  • Governance of outsourcings in collection and billing activities.

  • Relations with different stakeholders.

  • Comply with Company policies

To be successful in this role you need these requirements :

  • Bachelor in Business Administration.

  • Fluent in English (minimum level C1).

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in similar positions.

  • Previous experience leading in-house and outsourced teams.

  • Valuable: training as project manager and in continuous improvement processes.

  • Availability to travel (40-60% of the time) throughout the region, mainly when starting the position.
