Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Data Product Manager to join our dynamic Continental Europe Data Platform Team. In this role, you will assist in the development and management of our regional data platform, as well as drive development and enhancements of data-products to support our business and clients objectives. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, customer needs and to ensure quality delivery of technical/data platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

‒Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision and roadmap.

‒Assist in gathering and analysing customer requirements from multiple countries and business lines, as well as prioritize request for delivery.

‒Support the development of product specifications/delivery and user stories.

‒Coordinate with data engineering/architects, business and other cross functional teams to ensure successful new use case/product deliverables.

‒Help monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

‒Participate/lead agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog prioritization.

Person Specification/Requirements

‒Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, or a related field.

‒1-3 years of experience in product management, data analysis, or related roles.

‒Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

‒Effective communication and excellent presentation skills in English, other languages are valuable.

‒Strong ability to collaborate with others and thrive as a team player.

‒Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical and non-data audiences.

‒Passion for technology and data-driven products.

‒Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies is valuable.

‒Experience with real estate industry/data is valuable.
