La beca se desempeñará en el equipo de ENT (Ear Nose Throat Operating Unit)

Las funciones a desempeñar correspondientes a la beca ofertada son:

Prestar soporte en las áreas de Marketing y Ventas dentro del departamento ENT de Medtronic, en concreto:

• Análisis y Gestión de stock y control de inventario.

• Gestión de envíos y pedidos de material

• Organización y control del almacén.

• Gestión de eventos y reuniones

• Elaboración del catálogo de productos, concretar especificaciones técnicas.

• Gestión de cursos de formación para médicos y comerciales.

• Actualización de bibliografía sobre los productos.

• Realización de procesos administrativos internos.

• Preparación de presentación y traducciones.

• Manejo Sistemas de gestión internos (Ariba, Ecats…).

• Elaboración de presupuestos para comerciales.

• Asistencia a cursos de formación de médicos para dar soporte técnico comercial.

Conocimientos :

• Nivel alto de inglés ( Lectura: Nivel C1) / Escritura: Nivel C1/ Conversación: Nivel C1)

• Paquete office Alto

Experiencia previa : No requerida

Estudios Mínimos: Grado

Requisitos mínimos:

• Proactividad.

• Capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo.

Información adicional:

• Convenio de prácticas

• Duración: 12 meses (prorrogables + 6 meses)

• Jornada Completa

• Horario: flexible 7:30-10:00 a 16:00-18:30. Viernes y meses de verano jornada intensiva

• Presencialidad oficina: mínimo 2 días/semana

• Ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos/mes + Ayuda Comida (Tarjeta Ticket Restaurant)
