Roles and Responsibilities

• Set-up, maintenance and monitoring/controlling projects in functional ERP SAP (PS, FI).

• Build & Support Forecast and prepare periodical Project reviews.

• Control of figures to ensure Monthly Reporting deadlines.

• Full knowledge of the project´s indicators with regards to revenue, margin, cost deviations, estimated cost at completion (EAC) etc.

• Support Project Managers (PM) in the controlling/financial management of projects.

• Analyze with project managers the gaps detected contributing to the optimization of Company profits.

• To maximize standardization. Participate in the optimizing of cash management.

• INTERCO Process.

• Bonds management.

• Collaborate with other business functions to drive resolution of operational issues.

• Participate in process improvement, quality and lean activities.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degrees in finance or accounting- or equivalent knowledge or experience

• SAP knowledge would be considered

• Spanish and English fluent mandatory

• Office work is essential (min. twice a week – rest is possible in remote)

• Based in Madrid as mandatory.

• Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
