Welcome to Food and Beverages biosolutions You will be part of Sales Dairy Spanish team.

In this role, you’ll make an impact…

…by implementing the sales policy and developing the company's turnover in your area of ​​ activity for all products and services in the Dairy Ingredients range.

As a Account manager, your mains missions will be as follows:

  • You lead and develop sales in your sector in the Spanish and Portuguese area by defining a short and medium-term strategic vision.

  • Constantly listening to your customers, you are their contact responsible for commercial aspects and in charge of coordinating technical aspects. You ensure their satisfaction and develop a solid partnership.

  • You ensure negotiations, management of contractual aspects as well as the formalization of commercial agreements.

  • You contribute to reach the Budget and sales forecasts.

  • You produce regular reporting of the market and share all relevant information that help understanding and improving the existing situation, both in terms of products, markets and competition.

  • You contribute to the development of the long-term strategic plan, the definition of the pricing policy and the analysis of commercial performance in your area.

    You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Applied Research, R&D…

    We expect you to…

  • Have 5+ years of experience in contact with the dairy industry, ideally within an international company.

  • Hold an M.Sc. in Food or biology or a related technical field.

  • Comfortable about managing and interacting with customers and handling soft negotiations.

  • Proactive, a ccurate, respectful of deadlines and ability to implement changes.

  • You like working in a team and are comfortable in project management.

  • Ability and willingness to work on administrative tasks, including budgeting, reporting, projects monitoring, customer updates.

  • Strong spoken and written English and Spanish

    We are looking for someone who is a natural connector and a proactive doer with the ability to get things done. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both commercial and technical teams are essential.

    Travel activity should be expected in order to meet customers, attend trade shows, and engage with internal stakeholders.
