One of Insight Global's leading real estate management and community development organization dedicated to delivering exceptional value and service to the communities, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Vice President. In this role, you will oversee the operational and financial performance of DSI and portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a proven track record in residential and commercial property management, working knowledge of accounting principles, and a passion for delivering unparalleled service to the team, tenants, and partners.

Skills and Requirements

-Associate degree or bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

-A valid WI Real Estate Broker's license, in good standing, or willing to obtain it.

-Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role in the property management field with a demonstrated track record of success in overseeing residential and commercial portfolios.

-Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management.

-Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools.

-Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics. null
