MADISON HUMAN RESOURCES Transit Customer Service Representative in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This recruitment is for a limited-term, full time position answering phone inquiries from Metro\'s fixed-route passengers and paratransit riders. Fixed-route passenger calls include checking on bus arrivals, fare inquiries, and trip planning. Paratransit calls include booking rides, making changes to scheduled rides, verifying pickup-or drop-off times, and providing general service information. As a Metro Customer Service Representative, day-to-day responsibilities will include establishing a friendly rapport with each customer and assisting them as they move throughout the community.
