Aerotek Tool And Die Technician in Madison, Wisconsin

Job Description

As a Tool and Die Technician, you will maintain tooling and press equipment, sharpen and make sets for punches and dies, develop fixtures for assembly and quality, and collaborate with tooling engineers and tool makers in maintaining dies and fixtures. You will also set up and run CNC manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders, and participate in special projects as needed.

Shift:

2nd Shift - Monday-Friday

2pm-10pm

3rd Shift - Sunday night-Friday Morning

10pm-6am

Expect around 5-10 hours of OT

Additional Details:

  • 3 years of tool and die maintenance

  • Maintain tooling and press equipment

  • Sharpen and make sets for punches and dies

  • Develop fixtures for assembly and quality

  • Set up and run CNC manual mills, lathes, surface grinders
