The Spectrum TECH (Training, Experience & Connection Hub) Rotational program provides an opportunity to gain foundational technical experience, build relationships and receive mentorship in four distinct business units within the Data Platforms organization. Throughout the year, Associates rotate through multiple roles in three month cycles & then are matched to a business unit upon completion of the rotation. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a TECH Program Associate in Data Platforms, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of data teams with emphasis on data science, modeling, statistics, data engineering, and data visualization. This individual is responsible for completion of four projects across different domains and will have the opportunity to present work at the end of each rotation. Ideal candidates will have strong track record of unwavering effort, attitude & eagerness to learn. WHAT OUR TECH PROGRAM ASSOCIATES ENJOY MOST Gain relevant, operational level experience and understanding of the systems and processes associated within the software development life cycle which may contain exposure in several of the following areas: machine learning; data visualization; ETL development; data engineering; metric modeling & statistics Rotate to four different teams in three month increments & achieve balance of depth & breadth with unique projects in each of the rotations Develop knowledge and gain insight into multiple departments in Data Platforms by understanding unique technology requirements within each rotation and learning each vertical\'s responsibilities and methodologies, with the goal to conduct responsibilities alongside the teams. Complete responsibilities as assigned in each rotation with eventual goal to own certain responsibilities and provide feedback, insight, and collaboration to the work developed. Design, implement, and deliver fundamental data products for software and applications. Write code that meets production requirements and design specifications for deployments across the enterprise.
