TalentX is Facebook’s dedicated recruiting team that partners with executive leadership and HRBPs to identify, cultivate and recruit the best-in-class talent globally. As a member of TalentX, you will build strategies and processes for intelligence gathering and engagement to bring the industry’s top executives to Facebook across our family of apps.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage executive search engagements from requisition intake meetings to engagement to hire

  2. Develop and execute outside-the-box research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing high volume of data

  3. Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to present data to influence decisions

  4. Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies and decision making

  5. Partner closely with TalentX recruiters, cross functional recruiting team members, business and HR leaders to share intel and hire the best talent across Facebook

  6. Proactively seek the team's input and enjoy bouncing ideas off of each other, even though input may not be needed

  7. Able to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown

  8. Continuous eye for improvements - we strive to set the bar in executive search

  9. Articulate and clear in all forms of communication with an emphasis on executive style and approach to each deliverable and presentation

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team

  2. Proven experience in identifying and engaging senior-level candidates

  3. Experience partnering with senior management

  4. Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams

  5. Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners

  6. Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques

  7. Experience screening resumes to match qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working independently with little direction

  2. Experience maintaining high volume of sensitive information and building scalable structure around data

  3. Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring partners across different offices

  4. Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines
