JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Provides subject matter expertise in the development and execution of programs within the scope of student learning and development. Organizes the facilitation and development of curriculum design for on-going and new educational initiatives. Strives to create a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive work environment. Serves as a funding advisor to all General Student Service Funded (GSSF) Student Organizations. Proactively engages with student group leaders, fields questions, anticipates challenges and supports in problem solving with student leaders. Helps to support the continued operation and support of all GSSF groups. In addition to supporting GSSF groups, this role provides advising support to ASM student leaders who serve on Open Committees. Responsibilities: Provides subject matter expertise in the development and execution of programs within the scope of student learning and development. Organizes the facilitation and development of curriculum design for on-going and new educational initiatives. Strives to create a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive work environment. 10% Creates and maintains schedules, logistics, and resources for one or multiple student affairs programs, activities, and/or services 40% Organizes student-focused programming and resources to promote new and ongoing educational initiatives 10% Serves as a subject matter expert regarding student affairs to internal and external stakeholders 10% Generates and analyzes reports of curricular and unit outcomes 10% Writes, edits, and publishes content for various communication projects and marketing platforms to align with strategic initiatives and established communication campaigns 10% Advises ASM Student leaders that serve on Open Committees 10% Advises GSSF groups on fiscal responsibility and financial policies of ASM, UW-Madison and the Universities of Wisconsin System Tasks: Advises nine (9) General Student Services Fund (GSSF) Registered Student Organizations on financial purchases and expenditures.
