Exact Sciences Corporation has an opening for a Sr UX Designer in Madison, WI. Job duties include: Facilitate effort to collaborate with CDX Strategists, CDX Researchers, the Experience Management & Capability team and the respective Experience Design team members to produce Service Design deliverables (e.g., Service Blueprints) for multiple Journeys (e.g. 3+) in a given Experience that are integrated, cross-touchpoint, cross-Customer Type, and Cross-Experience/Journey. Facilitate the design, execution, and incorporation of user research into the design of the relative Journeys. Requires a Bachelor\'s degree or its equivalent in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Will accept a Bachelor\'s equivalent based on a combination of education and experience as determined by a professional evaluation service. Requires 5 years of experience as a Sr UX Designer or in a related role/capacity. Requires 5 years of experience in the following: experience in digital domain utilizing Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies; experience applying techniques and methods of modern user experience design, discovery, and delivery; experience utilizing design/user experience platforms and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Miro); experience utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite applications, and associated design tools; experience with current web and mobile technology landscape; experience utilizing human centered design and design thinking methodologies; experience creating accessible, inclusive, and equitable design; experience utilizing best-in-class design systems (e.g., Material, Carbon, or Fluent) and their pros and cons; experience in evolving/adapting design systems or building them from scratch; experience in problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve UX strategy based on research, data, and industry trends; experience utilizing analysis skills including process and user flow definition; experience translating complex user, business, operational, and technical requirements into clear,...
