Indeavor Senior Product Manager in Madison, Wisconsin

Position Summary: As a Senior Product Manager at Indeavor, you will take on a leadership role, driving growth and owning the full lifecycle of our products while ensuring alignment with our company’s overall strategy and goals. You will lead cross-functional teams through research, design, development, and launch phases, empowering customer adoption and retention. You will shape the strategy and direction of key products in our platform as we continue to expand our footprint and grow our global business.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Own our time and attendance product offering, as well as other pillars of our product platform.

  • Lead research and data analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.

  • Develop and maintain a data and intuition informed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and our product strategy.

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to develop and execute product initiatives.

  • Write detailed product requirements and prioritize features, ensuring readiness for each sprint planning session.

  • Oversee the product development process, from concept to launch, and measure the impact of product initiatives.

  • Align stakeholders, direct the roadmap for your features/product, build consensus, and coordinate product release information across the organization.

  • Support sales, marketing, implementation, support, and customer success teams in launching products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Act as a product evangelist, communicating the product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in running beta/early adopter programs with early-stage products.

  • Confidence in representing the product organization both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior product management role, with demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.

  • Strong data-driven and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch mindsets frequently.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the impact of product initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior & relevant time and attendance software product management experience.

  • Experience in leading product teams and managing complex projects.

  • Background in UX design and user-centered development processes.

  • Familiarity with modern product management tools and methodologies.

  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
