JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY Job Description: The Sales Support Manager is responsible for management, coaching and training of sales support and administrative staff including tell sell representatives, customer service and administrative assistants. This manager will lead WP Beverages in our future sales ordering transformation including retailer portal, fast ordering, suggestive ordering, smart ordering, direct to trade, and demand planning. The person in this position must understand existing processes while identifying, and implementing policies and procedures which will provide internal and external customers with valuable information to assist in decision-making.The Sales Support Manager will also develop and enhance processes to provide customer service and centralized dispatch services for interested Shareholders.The Sales Support Manager must be focused on providing WP Beverages with profitable growth through the sale and distribution of our refreshing beverages, innovative customer focused marketing programs and superior customer service. Primary job duties fall into the following categories: 1.) Lead future sales ordering transformation; 2.) Support to the entire organization; 3.) Managing, coaching and mentoring of the Customer Service and Telephone Sales teams 4.)Conducting work with team development to insure goals are met; 5.) Oversee Retailer Portal sales and customer service; 6.) Ensure we meet customers\' expectations in sales and service by working closely with the operations department; 7.)Ensure and drive efficient service dispatch through proper IFS tools and processes; 8.) Prompt, courteous and accurate dispatching of customer equipment service calls; 9.) Answering incoming calls and determining appropriate action required to satisfy the needs of both internal and external customers; 10.) Provide PTO coverage for tell sell representatives, administrative assistant and customer service representatives; and 11.) Continuous improvement across all aspects of the organization. REQUIREMENTS 1.Bachelor\'s degree required. 2.Minimum five years experience in sales or beverage industry. 3.Willingness to achieve Continuous Improvement Certification. 4.Strong analytical thinking ability and organization skills. 5.Knowledge of accounting, sales, customer relations techniques, and inventory control methods. 6.Persuasive and diplomatic communication skills. 7.High attention to detail. 8.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision. 9.Professional appearance and attitude. 10.Ability to concentrate for extended periods in a highly distracting environment. 11.Ability to work effectively in a competitive and stressful environment.
