In this role you will: Provide outstanding, high-quality, professional customer service to both our internal and external customers. Provide assistance in producing customer analyses, trending reports, and proposals. Assembling spreadsheets and physical documents as needed. Mine data, analyze and prepare presentation materials. Assemble RFP\'s Complete data entry needs and label/stuff mailings for Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders Sort and compile sales reports for each corresponding month Coordinate sales related events Print and maintain inventory levels for marketing materials Coordinate travel arrangements for individuals in the sales team Compile and organize information for monthly recognition meetings Be available to back up front desk Receptionist on days off, breaks and lunch breaks by answering reception calls and being the front point of contact in the Branch. You should have: High School Diploma or equivalent.
