Oracle Regulatory Customer Compliance Manager, Oracle Cloud in Madison, Wisconsin

Job Description

We know that regulated customers require a deep understanding of our services, expect increased transparency, and have additional obligations when it comes migrating their workloads onto the cloud. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with these customers to build trust through a variety of compliance tools, reports, demonstrations, etc. They will also be empowered to improve internal processes to ensure we are serving our customers effectively and efficiently (e.g., automated reporting). Preferred qualifications include:

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, audit, and/or customer enablement.

  • Maturity, negotiation/influencing skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.

  • The ability to work autonomously, make high impacting decisions, and judgment calls.

  • The ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, as needed.



  • Working directly with our premier customers to demonstrate OCI’s compliance, industry, and regulatory posture.

  • Streamlining and developing processes that will enable OCI to respond efficiently to customers’ compliance requests and inquiries.

  • Understanding regulations in various regulated markets such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, and public sector to assess impact to our organization.

  • Developing scalable models to enable regulatory compliance efforts when expanding into international locations (e.g., LAD, APAC, and EU), as well Oracle Cloud product offerings.

  • Regularly collaborating and partnering with internal teams, including (but not limited to) compliance, security, legal, information security, and service teams.

  • Owning and managing reporting activities to executive level management and bringing decision-making and prioritization.


Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $87,800 to $225,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $103,500 to $202,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $103,500 to $214,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $114,000 to $214,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
