13998BRDepartment Name:HSP McKee Therapy Location:McKee Clinic Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Physical Therapist to join our McKee – Middleton Outpatient T herapy Team. Ideal candidates will have experience and training treating pelvic health patients, particularly male pelvic health – or an interest in being trained. Additionally this position will provide care to patients with general orthopedic, post-operative, and general rehab diagnoses. Duties and Responsibilities:
Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.
Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
Appropriately delegate tasks to PTA’s and support personnel.
Qualifications Include : (this becomes specific to the position/location ; can add more details)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Specific skills: Orthopedics, pelvic floor, general rehab
Certifications: pelvic health training
Years of experience: Ideally 2-3 years in orthopedic and pelvic health but all candidates welcome to apply
