JOB REQUIREMENTS: Phlebotomist Clinical Labs - 30481 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, day shift. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. 4:00AM - 12:30PM. No weekends, holidays or on-call required at this time. You may be eligible for up to a \$2,500 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). You will work at UW Health East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Phlebotomist to: * Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages. * Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling. * Complete specimen receiving and specimen processing. * Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system. Preferred - Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation.
